We are pleased to announce that Cardinal Tobin formally installed Monsignor Joseph Chapel (Father Joe) as Pastor of St. Andrew's Parish on Saturday, October 17 at our 5pm Mass.  

We thank Cardinal Tobin for coming to celebrate this special Mass with us and congratulate Father Joe for being installed as Pastor of his childhood parish!
